iStent inject, a second-generation , increased outflow facility in human anterior segment. The iStent inject is a new device to lower intraocular pressure via trabecular meshwork TM bypass. iStent inject stents were inserted into the trabecular meshwork within the nasal and/or superior quadrants using a specially designed injector.
