Choroidal Osteoma with Neovascularization
Large, calcified, flat, yellowish tumor of the choroid. Loss of normal pigmentation over the tumor with a mottled appearance. Relativ frequently choroidal neovascularization is seen as in this case with accumulation of subretinal blood in the macular area.
