Right iris lighter than left iris. As no pupillary changes are visible (Horner Syndrome) it cannot be determined whether there are additional signs of ocular melanocytosis left eye or post traumatic hemosiderosis. As corneal diameters seem to be symmetric congenital buphthalmus appears unlikely.
