Pseudoexfoliation Syndrome (PEX), Anterior Segment, Advanced
Advanced PEX-syndrome with iridopathy (reduced mydriasis, atrophy of the stroma with superficial defects, atrophy of the pigment layer at pupillary margin, occasionally hemorrhages: all iris tissues are participants in the disease process. A PEX membrane is on the lens. The cornea is slightly hazy due to involvement of the endothelium.
