Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (Erythema Multiforme), Entropion
This is an autoimmune disease often as a reaction to drugs (sulfonamides, penicillin) which affects skin and mucous membranes. Hemorrhagic blisters form. The conjunctiva may be involved only in form of a conjunctivitis but also as a (pseudo)membranous conjunctivitis with formation of intense scaring. This picture shows a boy with severe affliction of the mucous membranes of the mouth. All lids are swollen. The entropion indicates conjunctival scarring.
